Most shades are made to order depending on popularity, availability and stock which can affect ETA as well. All orders will be shipped within 3-7 days after payment being received (excluding weekends).
Local shipping is via Road Transport using Australia Post.

PROBLEM?
If an item is damaged during shipping please take photos and contact me ASAP. Nail polish cannot be returned for change of mind. If you have a concern please contact me immediately - [email protected]
I do all that I can to ensure that the photos of the polish are an accurate representation of the item you will receive, but due to the handmade nature of this product slight variations may occur between batches. I also do my best to present accurate photographs of my polishes, but please know that differences in monitor calibrations can lead to the polishes looking slightly different in person than they do on your computer screen - I will do my best to mention any colour variations that I see.
